SMS Opt-In Details:
We obtain explicit consent to send SMS communications via our Contact Page ( https://thevivosinstitute.com/contact/). To opt-in, users must manually select two distinct checkboxes. These allow users to choose between receiving follow-up and general business communications and/or marketing communications from The Vivos Institute®, including educational content, course information, event updates, and promotional materials. Consent is recorded at the time of form submission.
Data Security and Handling: (SMS Data & Patient Data)
· No Data Selling: We do not sell, rent, or lease our patient lists (or SMS Data) or any individual user data to third-party companies, marketing firms, or data brokers.
· No Unauthorized Sharing: Your information is never shared with third parties for their own marketing purposes. Data is only shared with trusted partners when strictly necessary to provide our services (such as secure lab testing or payment processing) and only with your explicit consent.
· Secure Handling: We utilize industry-standard encryption and secure servers to ensure that your data—from your email address to your health history—remains protected from unauthorized access.
SMS Opt-Out & Stop Policy
We want to ensure that our communications remain helpful and never intrusive. You have full control over your SMS preferences at all times.
· How to Opt-Out: You may cancel the SMS service at any time. Simply reply “STOP” to any text message you receive from us.
· Confirmation: After you send the SMS message “STOP” to us, we will send you an SMS message to confirm that you have been unsubscribed. After this, you will no longer receive SMS messages from us.
· Help & Support: If you are experiencing issues with the messaging program, you can reply with the keyword “HELP” for more assistance, or you can get help directly at ce@thevivosinstitute.com or 720-399-9322.
· Carrier Liability: Please note that carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. As always, message and data rates may apply for any messages sent to you from us and to us from you.
3. Data Retention & Access
Due to continuing education accreditation and compliance requirements, certain personal and professional information must be retained and cannot be deleted upon request.
4. Reviews and Testimonials
If you submit a review or testimonial, you grant The Vivos Institute permission to publish your name, photo, professional title, and practice name and/or location on our website, marketing materials, or social media platforms.
If you wish to limit what is displayed (for example, using only your first name and last initial along with your professional role), please email ce@thevivosinstitute.com after submitting your review.

We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information.
Your information may be shared only with trusted third-party service providers strictly necessary to deliver our services and fulfill educational or accreditation requirements, including but not limited to:

Zoom (webinar hosting)
