What is this CE course all about?
The one thing all business owners have in common is the quest for financial freedom. Dentists, to their credit, are better positioned to accomplish it than almost any entrepreneur. The problem is that dentists are not taught business in dental school. Worse yet, they’re not given the financial freedom blueprint to both accomplish and accelerate it. “Financial Freedom for Dentists” covers the six keys to adding a zero to your financial legacy and how to do it faster than your current plan (or lack thereof). To be sure, building your dental practice’s revenue, profit, and valuation is critical, but it’s only one-third of the freedom formula, at best.

Dave Stech is a real estate market timer and investor, a private money lender, and an angel investor in “unicorns”—billion-dollar-plus, early-stage, disruptive tech companies.
Dave is four for four in predicting crashes and comebacks: While at Harvard in 2005, he predicted the US housing market collapse. In 2008, he forecasted and went “all in” on real estate in Las Vegas. In 2011, he predicted the bottom of the US real estate market and began buying distressed homes in 14 markets in California, Nevada, Arizona, and Florida; every one of those 14 markets has more than doubled, tripled, or quadrupled in price in the last nine years. And in 2019, Dave predicted a US recession coming in 2020.
Dave heads up Stech Family Office with his two sons, one of which is a founding partner of the largest private lender in America—valued at over $1 billion (“unicorn”)—and now cofounder and CEO of a real estate investing/tech company that is on target to be valued at over $1 billion by early 2022. Their family office invests in three things: real estate, private lending, and early-stage disruptive technology companies, where they have been angel investors in multiple Silicon Valley “unicorns.”
