Vivos, its subsidiaries and associates, sells several products and services tailored to dentists and health professionals treating sleep disorders.  Many of these products and services are sold via custom private, password protected (not available to the public) portals, while others are sold directly to qualified medical and dental professionals via our customer service staff.  This includes, but is not limited to, custom appliances used in the treatment of sleep disorders in adults, software, professional education and supporting services needed while treating sleep disorders, such as obstructive sleep apnea.

These portals use Stripe as the payment engine to keep your transactions and credit card information secure and in compliance with PCI standards.  Please note that information available from any given portal supersedes the general information provided here.

All transactions are conducted in U.S. dollars. Products and services available through our portal(s) are clearly marked with their respective prices. Memberships and other services will include detailed descriptions of the services provided and their associated costs within their specific agreements. Stripe empowers us to accept all major credit cards and, in some cases, direct debit options.  In almost all cases we will expect you to use a major credit card (Visa, Mastercard, etc.) to pay for your products and services.  Each portal will indicate what payment methods are accepted.

Providers and their staff are given specific customer service channels to get assistance based on their training and product lines – to learn more about becoming a provider please click here!  These channels are not available to the public due to regulatory requirements for the use of our products.

Our Delivery Policy

We endeavor to deliver products and always make services available within 30 days of your order or agreement.  Specific exceptions may be delineated in an agreement at the customer’s request (such as a preplanned vacation preventing attendance of courses).  Products are shipped directly to the medical professional provider, including medical oral devices that are crafted by a third party.

Returns and Refunds

No device used for treatment is eligible for a refund after the order enters the fabrication process.  Prefabricated units are ineligible for cancellation or refund once it shipped to a provider.  Prior to fabrication or shipping most orders may be cancelled for a 100% refund.  Details are indicated in the device descriptions.

No device intended for the use in the treatment of a patient can be returned after shipping except in the case that damaged treatment units may be eligible for warranty repair.

Leases and Subscription based products indicate in their agreements and product descriptions when they may be canceled.

International Sales

We are a US based company and primarily sell to US medical professionals.  We’ll gladly enroll you in our educational courses (provided in US English) regardless of your country of origin.  Please note that many devices discussed in our courses and used in patient treatment may be subject to regulatory restrictions in the patient’s country of residence or treatment. Vivos may not be cleared for sale or distribution by the regulatory authorities in certain countries. We adhere to all international regulations and are actively working on obtaining approvals in various jurisdictions to offer non-surgical treatment options for breathing-related sleep disorders outside the United States. Event Cancellation Policy for
The Vivos Institute®

Thank you for your interest in our programs at The Vivos Institute®. We understand that sometimes circumstances may arise that require you to cancel your participation. Please review our cancellation policy carefully.

Standard Cancellation Policy:

  • 100% Refund: Cancellations received within 61 days or more before the start date of the program will receive a full refund minus a 7% administrative fee.
  • 85% Refund: Cancellations received within 31 to 60 days before the start date of the program will be eligible for an 85% refund of the program fee minus a 7% administrative fee..
  • No Refund: Cancellations received within 30 days of the program start date will not be eligible for a refund.

Please Note: All cancellations are subject to an additional 7% administrative fee, regardless of how far in advance the cancellation is received.

Cancellation Process: All cancellation requests must be submitted in writing via email to ce@thevivosinstitute.com. Please include your full name, contact information, program name, and the reason for cancellation in your email.

Special Events: Please note that this cancellation policy is subject to change for special events. Specific cancellation policies for special events will be communicated at the time of registration and will supersede the standard cancellation policy outlined above.

Refund Processing: Refunds, if applicable, will be processed within 30 days of receiving the cancellation request. Refunds will be issued to the original method of payment used during registration.
