How to Navigate the Marketing Portal

Vivos has implemented online ordering for print marketing materials for your convenience. The following directions will provide you with the direction you need to utilize this portal.

When is your marketing portal set up? Your marketing portal is set up for you as soon as you have sent in your practice logo to your practice advisor and have completed session 3. 

What credentials are used to set up my marketing portal? The email that we have on file is used to create your login information. The default password is: 123456.  Please verify your email with your practice advisor.

This may be the doctor or the office manager’s email address. The email address registered has received login instructions.

Here is the login information:

  • To log in, go to: myorderdesk.com/vivos
  • Click “Sign-In” on the grey taskbar
  • Enter email address and password. The default password is 123456.
  • Click Sign In.

If you have lost or forgotten your password, click the red “Forgot your password?” link and follow the steps to retrieval.

VIP Portal

In the VIP portal, you will see different items that you can order. Click on any item and you will see additional items that can be ordered under it. For example, under roll up banners, there are 6 types of banners that you can select from.

Order Page

This is the order page that you will see when you log in. You will need to select the VIP (Vivos Integrated Provider) portal to order additional marketing materials. The COVID-19 safety items portal will also have additional items that you can order.

How to Order

  • To place an order, click “Place an Order” on the grey taskbar.
  • Click the item type you need to reorder. Select an item (where required) and designate the quantity. Click Add to Cart! Repeat this process for all items you need to order. Click “My Carts” when you are ready to checkout.

Note: Select your practice name from the dropdown menu when ordering branded items.

Complete the checkout process and place your order.

What if I need to order additional lanyards?

Lanyards come from customlanyards.com 

You can order 125 lanyards at a time, including 25 purple, 25 green, 25 royal blue, 25 hot pink, and 25 yellow. You can also add your logo in one color; there is no shipping and no set up cost. Cost is about $153 ($1.23 each).  As you order more, the cost goes down.

We order the polyester lanyards (free 24 production time), standard type, 5/8-inch, standard length of 36″

  • Select colors and put in the quantities for each color
  • We get the lobster claw attachment at no added cost
  • We select sewing for stitch style at no added cost
  • Under additional items, we always order the breakaway clasp since these are mostly for kids and it minimizes risk of choking or strangling.

Upload your logo! We choose one color imprinting in white. We have tried other colors, but the white looks the best, in our opinion!
