ABOUT THIS COURSE

Introduction to Craniofacial Sleep Medicine was organized to introduce dentists and their staff to recent breakthroughs in craniofacial sleep medicine.

Sleep Disordered Breathing (SDB) including Obstructive Sleep Apnea (OSA) is most often the result of craniofacial developmental deficiencies.*

Until recently, the best standard of care, CPAP and mandibular advancement oral appliances, offered palliative treatments which effectively address the symptoms of SDB and OSA. These treatments are not known to address the underlying problem.

Introduction to Craniofacial Sleep Medicine will focus on craniofacial sleep medicine and treatment protocols which are designed to address the underlying condition — the leading cause of OSA.*

Dentists around the world are successfully integrating craniofacial sleep medicine into their practices.

Introduction to Craniofacial Sleep Medicine will demonstrate how dentists are successfully integrating craniofacial sleep medicine practice and how you can too.
