Maximizing Your Vivos Method Integration Into Your Practice: Don’t Miss Out On These Support Resources!”

Are you struggling with integrating the Vivos Method into your practice? Are you screening all of your patients for OSA and Underdevelopment? Are you educating your patients and your team to speak confidently about the Vivos Method?

Here is a reminder of all of the resources to help you help your patients and your team!

Our Practice Advisory Team can support you and your team with integration, training virtually or in the office, and how to navigate all of your tools and resources.
How to request an in-office support visit: On your Vivos Aire dashboard, you can now request in-office training. Please reach out to the Practice Advisory Support team to learn more.
Email pasupport@vivoslife.com or call (720) 664-3320 from 7:00 a.m. MT to 6:00 p.m. MT and have a Practice Advisor available to assist you with any integration questions, virtual training with your team, registering for training courses or events, how to locate tools and resources, and if your Practice Advisor is out of the office.

Treatment Navigators will work on behalf of your practice to guide patients through the sleep testing process, attending a telemedicine visit with a sleep physician in their state, receiving an interpretation, and obtaining the recommendations and MDRX from the sleep doctor. Then, they will educate the patient, review recommendations and ballpark financials, gather the necessary patient forms and validated questionnaires, and get the patient scheduled for their head and neck exam and full records.

One version of our Treatment Navigator program involves funneling patients you’ve already screened at your practice. We can also pair the Treatment Navigator with a social media campaign in your area to bring new sleep and dental patients to your practice. Event Cancellation Policy for
The Vivos Institute®

Thank you for your interest in our programs at The Vivos Institute®. We understand that sometimes circumstances may arise that require you to cancel your participation. Please review our cancellation policy carefully.

Standard Cancellation Policy:

  • 100% Refund: Cancellations received within 61 days or more before the start date of the program will receive a full refund minus a 7% administrative fee.
  • 85% Refund: Cancellations received within 31 to 60 days before the start date of the program will be eligible for an 85% refund of the program fee minus a 7% administrative fee..
  • No Refund: Cancellations received within 30 days of the program start date will not be eligible for a refund.

Please Note: All cancellations are subject to an additional 7% administrative fee, regardless of how far in advance the cancellation is received.

Cancellation Process: All cancellation requests must be submitted in writing via email to ce@thevivosinstitute.com. Please include your full name, contact information, program name, and the reason for cancellation in your email.

Special Events: Please note that this cancellation policy is subject to change for special events. Specific cancellation policies for special events will be communicated at the time of registration and will supersede the standard cancellation policy outlined above.

Refund Processing: Refunds, if applicable, will be processed within 30 days of receiving the cancellation request. Refunds will be issued to the original method of payment used during registration.
