Block 1 and Block 2 Live Practical Training

Our live training courses are available to all Vivos VIPs who have completed the Online Block Training. This is a hands-on course where you will review everything learned from online block training, go through the record process as a patient, and take the records as the doctor. You will also get hands-on training with Vivos guides and the DNA, mRNA, and mmRNA appliances.

*You must have completed Online Block Training and attended Live Block 1 practical training to attend Block 2 live.

Announcing NEW Services for Vivos Providers

Treatment Navigator Program

We are thrilled to announce that we are ready to launch this program! Treatment Navigators will work on behalf of your practice to guide patients through the sleep testing process, attending a telemedicine visit with a sleep physician in their state, receiving an interpretation, and obtaining the recommendations and MDRX from the sleep doctor. Then, they will educate the patient, review recommendations and ballpark financials, gather the necessary patient forms and validated questionnaires, and get the patient scheduled for their head and neck exam and full records.

One version of our Treatment Navigator program involves funneling patients you’ve already screened at your practice. We can also pair the Treatment Navigator with a social media campaign in your area to bring new sleep and dental patients to your practice. We are actively piloting both models and seeing amazing results. Practice Management Counseling

Would your office benefit from having a practice consultant? Vivos is now offering an additional service for our providers.  As most of you know, Susie McCullough’s background before Vivos includes Practice Management Consulting. We have been listening, and it is apparent that having a better organized practice as a foundation for implementing Vivos, will ensure a higher success rate with our providers. Our first round of the program will being early next year, space is limited to only 24 providers. If you think you might be interested in enrolling for additional support with overall practice management, please email Susie at susie@vivoslife.com.

In this course, we define disclusion time reduction (DTR) therapy and the research behind it. We will be working with you to learn how to evaluate and diagnose clinical DTR cases, gain skills interpreting data with clinical demonstrations for occlusal analysis, and assess when to treat with DTR and when not to. You will be able to demonstrate what you learned to live patient treatment and learn how DTR can be applied to other areas of dentistry.

Event Cancellation Policy for
The Vivos Institute®

Thank you for your interest in our programs at The Vivos Institute®. We understand that sometimes circumstances may arise that require you to cancel your participation. Please review our cancellation policy carefully.

Standard Cancellation Policy:

  • 100% Refund: Cancellations received within 61 days or more before the start date of the program will receive a full refund minus a 7% administrative fee.
  • 85% Refund: Cancellations received within 31 to 60 days before the start date of the program will be eligible for an 85% refund of the program fee minus a 7% administrative fee..
  • No Refund: Cancellations received within 30 days of the program start date will not be eligible for a refund.

Please Note: All cancellations are subject to an additional 7% administrative fee, regardless of how far in advance the cancellation is received.

Cancellation Process: All cancellation requests must be submitted in writing via email to ce@thevivosinstitute.com. Please include your full name, contact information, program name, and the reason for cancellation in your email.

Special Events: Please note that this cancellation policy is subject to change for special events. Specific cancellation policies for special events will be communicated at the time of registration and will supersede the standard cancellation policy outlined above.

Refund Processing: Refunds, if applicable, will be processed within 30 days of receiving the cancellation request. Refunds will be issued to the original method of payment used during registration.
