National Sleep Awareness Month

This month, most of the country will move their clocks forward for daylight saving time—an event that can often disrupt sleep and impact our work and school days. At times like this, it’s important for us to think about how good sleep—or the lack of thereof—can affect our lives.

Most of us already know that not getting enough sleep makes almost every problem worse, or at least diminishes our ability to handle stressors. Research reveals that lack of sleep on a regular basis may have long-term health consequences, including serious chronic medical conditions such as diabetes, high blood pressure, and heart disease.

In fact, sleeping for less than six hours can have serious health consequences. Sleep is an essential component of wellness, and there are many factors that influence sleep and sleep pattern.

Thank you for visiting our Collaboration and Information Support Request page. Vivos Integrated Providers who wish to request information or collaboration with their clinical advisor or advocate regarding their patients may be requested here. Specific requests regarding patients may be eligible for collaboration, as long as the following criteria are met:

  1. The patient is in VivosAire.
  2. The patient has a recent and completed Airway Intelligence Report.
  3. The treatment plan for the patient has been completed to the best of the treating Vivos Integrated Provider’s learnings up until this point.

Feel free to contact us if you have any questions. Not all requests guarantee an appointment with a clinical advisor or advocate. However, we are committed to supporting and helping each Vivos Integrated Provider get the answers they need.

Event Cancellation Policy for
The Vivos Institute®

Thank you for your interest in our programs at The Vivos Institute®. We understand that sometimes circumstances may arise that require you to cancel your participation. Please review our cancellation policy carefully.

Standard Cancellation Policy:

  • 100% Refund: Cancellations received within 61 days or more before the start date of the program will receive a full refund minus a 7% administrative fee.
  • 85% Refund: Cancellations received within 31 to 60 days before the start date of the program will be eligible for an 85% refund of the program fee minus a 7% administrative fee..
  • No Refund: Cancellations received within 30 days of the program start date will not be eligible for a refund.

Please Note: All cancellations are subject to an additional 7% administrative fee, regardless of how far in advance the cancellation is received.

Cancellation Process: All cancellation requests must be submitted in writing via email to ce@thevivosinstitute.com. Please include your full name, contact information, program name, and the reason for cancellation in your email.

Special Events: Please note that this cancellation policy is subject to change for special events. Specific cancellation policies for special events will be communicated at the time of registration and will supersede the standard cancellation policy outlined above.

Refund Processing: Refunds, if applicable, will be processed within 30 days of receiving the cancellation request. Refunds will be issued to the original method of payment used during registration.
