As you may have heard, we are now shipping VivoScore powered by SleepImage!
This revolutionary home sleep test will transform your diagnostic procedures.
Reasons We Are Excited about SleepImage:
Technology allows a patient to record their study on their individual phone and will update through the cloud-based system, meaning you receive a sleep test prior to seeing your patient back in the office.
With this technology, we are now able to screen multiple family members with one sleep test!
With the barriers removed, we hope to help screen more people, educate them on the importance of sleep, and continue to positively improve patients’ lives with the Vivos system!

If you do not want to wait any longer and are ready to purchase, you will first need to create an account with SleepImage. (See attached document for step-by-step “how to” instructions.)
Once an account is created, email sleepimage@vivoslife.com with notification of new account and email address which is registered. This will link you as a Vivos provider and allow for additional discounts only offered to Vivos doctors.
Purchase of your sleep test units will be done on the new account under the store. If you need help purchasing, please reach out to sleepimage@vivoslife.com for assistance.

Standard Cancellation Policy:
Please Note: All cancellations are subject to an additional 7% administrative fee, regardless of how far in advance the cancellation is received.
Cancellation Process: All cancellation requests must be submitted in writing via email to ce@thevivosinstitute.com. Please include your full name, contact information, program name, and the reason for cancellation in your email.
Special Events: Please note that this cancellation policy is subject to change for special events. Specific cancellation policies for special events will be communicated at the time of registration and will supersede the standard cancellation policy outlined above.
Refund Processing: Refunds, if applicable, will be processed within 30 days of receiving the cancellation request. Refunds will be issued to the original method of payment used during registration.
