Vivos Therapeutics Secures $7.5 Million Investment and Embarks on Strategic Alliance for Enhanced OSA Treatment

Vivos Therapeutics, Inc. (NASDAQ: VVOS), a leader in medical devices for sleep-related breathing disorders, has announced two major developments. The company has secured a $7.5 million equity investment from Seneca Partners and formed a strategic marketing and distribution alliance with a sleep treatment provider in Colorado. These initiatives aim to boost Vivos’ revenue and expand the reach of its innovative obstructive sleep apnea (OSA) treatments.

The alliance marks a shift in Vivos’ marketing strategy, integrating its FDA-cleared CARE oral devices and advanced therapies with the sleep provider’s services. Initial operations will begin in two Colorado sleep centers in July 2024, with plans for nationwide expansion. Kirk Huntsman, CEO of Vivos, highlighted the significance of the partnership: “This alliance is crucial for Vivos’ future, providing a scalable model to offer non-surgical OSA solutions to more patients.”

The $7.5 million investment from Seneca Partners strengthens Vivos’ financial position and supports the new alliance. The investment includes 3,220,266 shares of common stock and warrants. Michael Skaff, Managing Director of Seneca, stated: “We believe in Vivos’ potential to address the significant health challenges of OSA with their innovative treatments.”

Vivos aims to eliminate cash burn and achieve profitability through this new model, which reduces patient acquisition costs and increases gross profit per case. The collaboration with Seneca Partners, who will also provide management advisory services, supports these goals.

Event Cancellation Policy for
The Vivos Institute®

Thank you for your interest in our programs at The Vivos Institute®. We understand that sometimes circumstances may arise that require you to cancel your participation. Please review our cancellation policy carefully.

Standard Cancellation Policy:

  • 100% Refund: Cancellations received within 61 days or more before the start date of the program will receive a full refund minus a 7% administrative fee.
  • 85% Refund: Cancellations received within 31 to 60 days before the start date of the program will be eligible for an 85% refund of the program fee minus a 7% administrative fee..
  • No Refund: Cancellations received within 30 days of the program start date will not be eligible for a refund.

Please Note: All cancellations are subject to an additional 7% administrative fee, regardless of how far in advance the cancellation is received.
