This year’s Breathing Wellness Conference is an event you do not want to miss. The Hilton Vallarta Riviera in beautiful Puerto Vallarta is an amazing, all-inclusive venue. From the LaLuce for Italian cuisine to Cocomar for seafood – there is something to satisfy every possible craving at one of the resort’s seven fabulous restaurants and three cocktail lounges. The hotel has two beautiful ocean-front infinity pools and the white sand beaches in Puerto Vallarta are internationally known for their warm, crystal-clear water.
The Breathing Wellness Conference kicks off on Wednesday with registration and a chance to meet our sponsor partners from 4 to 7 pm. Once you have picked up your name badge, conference program, and welcome gifts at registration and met our sponsors, join us for the Kickoff Cocktail Party at The Beach Club from 7 pm to 9 pm!
Get your day started on Thursday morning with Health and Wellness Breathing Exercises on the Terrace at 7 am. Join us for a welcome breakfast from 8 am and then at 9 am courses will begin with our Keynote Speaker, acclaimed author and journalist, James Nestor! Thursday is packed with great courses from 9 am until 3:30 pm. After courses are over, you have plenty of free time to explore the resort, relax, and to mix and mingle with other Vivos VIPs! For those of you who want time to “Geek out and share clinical cases”, we will be offering an opportunity to do that from 3:30 – 5 pm.
On Friday, join us on the Terrace at 7 am for Morning Yoga and Meditation, followed by breakfast from 7:30 until 8:30 am. Courses will run until 4 pm. Starting at 4:00 is your chance to participate in our Sponsor Partner Games, where you can win all kinds of unbelievable prizes. Enjoy some free time and then get ready to celebrate at 7 pm for the Fiesta Día de Muertos . You don’t want to miss this – a delicious dinner, fabulous music and dancing the night away!
Saturday morning begins with breakfast, followed by courses from 8:30 am until 3 pm. The conference ends at 3 pm on Saturday and you are free to hang out with old and new friends, enjoying the resort!
Total CE for the Breathing Wellness Conference will be 16 hours.
Evening entertainment at the resort includes DJ and dancing in the Sky Bar, a “Silent Disco”, Casino Night, Mexican Magico Dinner and Show, Fire Show, Magic Show and more…..there is something for everyone!
NOTE – The resort is sold out for a private party beginning on Sunday, October 29th, so our guests will need to check out that morning. If you would like to add “fun vacation days” onto the conference, please book those dates prior to the conference kickoff!
Conference Cancellation Policy:
All cancellations must be submitted in writing to events@vivoslife.com.
Cancellations before midnight CST August 15, 2023 will receive a refund equal to 75% of the ticket purchase price.
Cancellations after midnight CST August 15, 2023 and before midnight September 15, 2023 will receive a refund equal to 50% of the ticket purchase price.
Cancellations after midnight CST on September 15, 2023 are not eligible for a refund.
Conference substitution policy – attendee substitutions will be excepted up to 2 weeks prior to the event. Substitutions must be submitted in writing to events@vivoslife.com.
NOTE – hotel cancellations are subject to the policies of the Hilton Vallarta Riviera. Attendees are responsible for cancelling their hotel reservations.

Single occupancy is $302 per night all-inclusive rate
Double occupancy is $354 ($177 per person) per night all -inclusive rate
Triple occupancy is $442.50 ($147.50 per person) per night all-inclusive rate
Quadruple occupancy is $590 ($147.50 per person) per night all-inclusive rate

All-Inclusive Dining & Drinks
With seven restaurants, including Italian, Mexican, seafood, Asian, steakhouse and an International Buffet, there is something for everyone’s taste at the Hilton Vallarta Riviera. The dining experience at this resort is far superior to what you expect at an all-inclusive resort! The restaurants and service are top notch. After dining, mix and mingle at any one of the three lounges. And of course, there is always room service and the mini bar in your room that is restocked daily, as part of your all-inclusive price!
We have researched top rated ground transportation to get you from the airport to the hotel and then from the hotel back to the airport and the companies below had the highest ratings. While you can choose to arrive at the airport and take a cab, an Uber or a Lyft, our recommendation is that you book ahead with a company that is reputable.

Event Cancellation Policy for The Vivos Institute®
Thank you for your interest in our programs at The Vivos Institute®. We understand that sometimes circumstances may arise that require you to cancel your participation. Please review our cancellation policy carefully.
Standard Cancellation Policy:
100% Refund: Cancellations received within 61 days or more before the start date of the program will receive a full refund minus a 7% administrative fee.
85% Refund: Cancellations received within 31 to 60 days before the start date of the program will be eligible for an 85% refund of the program fee minus a 7% administrative fee..
No Refund: Cancellations received within 30 days of the program start date will not be eligible for a refund.
Please Note: All cancellations are subject to an additional 7% administrative fee, regardless of how far in advance the cancellation is received.
Cancellation Process: All cancellation requests must be submitted in writing via email to ce@thevivosinstitute.com. Please include your full name, contact information, program name, and the reason for cancellation in your email.
Special Events: Please note that this cancellation policy is subject to change for special events. Specific cancellation policies for special events will be communicated at the time of registration and will supersede the standard cancellation policy outlined above.
Refund Processing: Refunds, if applicable, will be processed within 30 days of receiving the cancellation request. Refunds will be issued to the original method of payment used during registration.
