What’s Included:

- Meals. Enjoy our premiere catering! Lunch and dinner will be provided on Thursday. Breakfast, lunch, and dinner will be provided on Friday. Breakfast and lunch will be provided on Saturday.

Dr. Jon Caulfield
Dr. Jon W. Caulfield owns and operates Epic Dentistry in Littleton, Colorado where he takes an integrated, whole health approach to dentistry, focusing on the areas of Sleep, Airway and TMJ. He has been fortunate to work alongside world leaders in neuromuscular occlusion and pneumopedics and is now paying it forward, teaching hundreds of dentists worldwide how to integrate solutions for sleep, airway and TMJ into their practices. Dr. Caulfield is an instructor at the Institute for Craniofacial Sleep Medicine and leads the Clinical Advisory and Advocate Program at Vivos Therapeutics. A graduate of University of Minnesota School of Dentistry, Dr. Caulfield also holds an advanced graduate degree with Occlusion Connections and a diplomate status with the American Sleep and Breathing Academy.
Dr. Michael Czubiak
Dr. Mike Czubiak is a general dentist, author, and podcaster. He graduated from UCLA in 1988 and created a complete health practice in Camarillo, California. He wrote the book Hygiene Superstar to illuminate the connection between oral health and overall health. He loves talking about inflammation reduction, airway, culture, and leadership.
Dr. Chris Farrugia
Dr. Chris Farrugia is a nationally recognized speaker, teacher, and leader in the areas of medical billing and digital dentistry. And early adopter of digital CAD/CAM technology, Dr. Farrugia added CT to his practice in 2011. Determined to be properly compensated for CT imaging, he then spent two years developing, implementing, and mastering medical billing protocols for CT and a wide range of services rendered in his practice. This culminated in 2013 with the completion of the publication of the first installment of his five books series, Successful Medical Billing.Since then, Dr. Farrugia has been a speaker or featured presenter at hundreds of events and meetings across the country. He teaches dentist nationwide who want to advance their practice with CAD/CAM digital restorative techniques in digital imaging and successfully accessed medical benefits for their services. Dr. Farrugia is a diplomate of the American Board of Sleep and Breathing and is the past medical director of Pensacola Imaging. He currently is a member of the Vivos Therapeutics Clinical Advisory Board and practices dental sleep medicine in Destin, Florida.
Dr. Kalli Hale
Dr. Kalli Hale has known since she was a young child that she wanted to follow in her parents’ footsteps and become a dentist! She received her bachelor’s degree in biology and her Master of Public Health from Texas A&M University. She earned her Doctor of Dental Surgery degree from the University of Texas School of Dentistry at Houston. She is passionate about how our teeth affect our systemic health, the long-term consequences of dental treatment, the link between dental infection/periodontal disease and heart attacks, and the relationship between chronic airway problems and tooth grinding. She is a Clinical Advocate for Vivos Therapeutics and an accomplished airway dentist. She lectures across the country and loves helping dentists “with the secret” to implementing airway-centered dentistry in their practice. She is an Affiliate Fellow of the American Academy of Implant Dentistry and a certified Invisalign provider.
Kirk Huntsman
R. Kirk Huntsman is a cofounder of our company and has served as our chief executive officer and a director since September 2016. In June 2020, he was elected chairman of the board by our board of directors. In 1995, he founded Dental One (now Dental One Partners), which, as president and chief executive officer, he grew to become one of the leading DSOs (dental service organizations) in the country, with over 165 practices in 15 states. After a successful sale of Dental One to MSD Capital in 2008 and subsequent merger in 2009 with Dental Care Partners, Mr. Huntsman was appointed in 2010 as chief executive officer of ReachOut Healthcare America, a Morgan Stanley Private Equity portfolio company. In 2012, he founded Xenith Practices, LLC, a DSO focused on rolling up larger independent general dental offices, which was sold in 2015. From January 2014 to September 2015, Mr. Huntsman founded and served as chief executive officer of Ortho Ventures, LLC, a US distributor of certain pediatric oral appliances with applications for pediatric sleep-disordered breathing. Since November 2015, he has served as the chief executive officer of First Vivos, Inc., which is now our wholly owned subsidiary. He was also a founding member of the Dental Group Practice Association (DGPA), now known as the Association of Dental Support Organizations (ADSO). He is the father of Todd Huntsman. He holds a BS degree in finance from Brigham Young University.
Susie McCollough
Susie McCullough has been in dentistry for over 35 years. She has owned a successful dental practice and has lectured internationally on practice management. Susie was the owner, CEO, and senior consultant for a top practice management consulting group and was the director of practice development for Dental One Partners, a DSO with 165 practices. Currently, Ms. McCullough is the executive vice president of operations for Vivos Therapeutics. In addition to overseeing all operations for Vivos, she is an instructor at The Vivos Institute. Ms. McCullough is a dynamic and engaging speaker who brings a wealth of knowledge and experience to her audiences.
Dr. Ben Miraglia
Dr. Ben Miraglia, a graduate of the State University of New York at Buffalo School of Dental Medicine, is a member of the ADA, the AGD, the NYSAGD, and the Ninth District Dental Society. He has been in private practice for 25 years and currently maintains a family practice in Mount Kisco, NY, with a focus on sleep and airway, TMD and occlusion, and full-mouth restorative dentistry, including Invisalign® and dental implants.
Dr. Miraglia lectures nationally on sleep-disordered breathing, GP orthodontics, TMD, occlusion, and comprehensive dentistry. He is on the board of directors for the American Academy of Physiological Medicine and Dentistry. Dr. Miraglia is a frequent guest speaker at the Dawson Academy, presenting viable solutions to increase oral volume capacity to reduce/eliminate symptoms of sleep-disordered breathing and TMD. In 2015, he was recognized as a “Leader in Continuing Education” by Dentistry Today Magazine and was recently honored with a position on the President’s Council of Northern Westchester Hospital in Mt. Kisco, NY.
