Exciting Udpate On The Warranty And Repair Process!
At Vivos, we are committed to continuously improving our services and providing you with the most efficient, seamless experience possible. In line with this, we are excited to announce an update to our warranty repair process.
Starting today, we are transitioning from our current paper form submission system to a more streamlined, user-friendly digital form process. This digital form will be conveniently located on the homepage of Vivos Aire.
This new process will ensure faster processing times, easier tracking, and a more efficient warranty repair system. We believe that these changes will make it even easier for you to manage your warranty repairs with us.
To help with the transition, we will continue to accept paper forms until the end of Q2 2023 (June 30th). However, we strongly encourage you to start using the digital form as soon as possible.
We are confident that this change will enhance your overall experience with Vivos. As always, our team is ready to assist you with any questions or concerns you might have during this transition.
